Customs clearance

A shipment is only as ready as its documents. Emaan Logistics coordinates customs clearance for files we are already moving, and checks the invoice, packing list, and permits the shipper must obtain before an entry is made.

When this is the right shipment

  • Export entries that must match the bill of lading
  • Import releases that should not wait on a missing packing list
  • Shipments where the road leg and the entry sit with one team

How our team handles it

  1. 01

    Read the documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, and any permit the shipper must hold are checked against the cargo.

  2. 02

    Say what is missing

If a certificate has to come from the shipper or a government office, we say so before filing.

  3. 03

    File against the movement

The entry is timed to the vessel, the flight, or the truck already on the shipment.

  4. 04

    Report an examination

If cargo is held for examination, the Karachi team says what changed.
