Warehousing

Some shipments need a roof between the terminal and the consignee, or a place to finish packing before a cutoff. Emaan Logistics arranges that hold when it is part of the shipment, and says how long the quotation covers.

When this is the right shipment

  • Import cargo that cannot be delivered the day it is released
  • Export cargo that must be checked before it goes to the terminal
  • Retail lots landing from more than one supplier

How our team handles it

  1. 01

    Agree the hold

The quote says what will be received and how long it is covered.

  2. 02

    Receive against the packing list

Pieces are checked in. A mismatch is reported, not smoothed over.

  3. 03

    Store for the window

The cargo stays for the period on the quotation.

  4. 04

    Release

Release is to a named delivery or back to an export movement.
